This kind is a favorite, very healthy. You see the color purple; outside it’s also purple. The Chinese, they use it for all different kinds of things. For cakes, for candy. […] They make it into like chips. And maybe they make it into like (vegan) pudding-pudding. They make it into (vegan) pudding. And they cook… They also make small, small cubes and then they cook together with all kinds of cereals. Oh, delicious. […] Oh, you don’t know. They cook it with all kinds of other cereals, like a kind of (vegan) pudding. But not thick pudding, a watery kind. Very nice.

Normally, I like this kind of yam very much. It’s just a long, long, long, long time ago, a long time already, I have not had anything to do with that. I love to eat these things in a (vegan) pudding or soup or whatever…
