The United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) has delivered 27 cargo trucks of water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) supplies to Odesa to help children and families in the districts of southern Ukraine, where air strikes by Russian forces have devastated the basic water and sanitation services. The material sent comprises of equipment, filters, and chemicals used to purify drinking water that will assist approximately 110,000 people in obtaining potable water, including internally displaced families. Around 50,000 youngsters will benefit from clean water access and hygiene kits. The government of Saudi Arabia recently signed four contracts to begin work on a project that will see the kingdom plant 100 million mangrove trees by 2030. Initially, 2.2 million will be grown and planted on the north coast, part of the Arabian Gulf and Red Sea. The initiative will also involve the fencing and ongoing care of the plants. Mangrove forests are considered one of the most important natural resources in the kingdom and the endeavor will help to achieve its Saudi Green Initiative goals. Brave farmer helps stop wildfire.
When an uncontrolled blaze started spreading rapidly through eight hectares of barley farmland in Lenham Heath in Kent, United Kingdom, local farmer Bill Alexander courageously drove his tractor to plow through crops very close to the conflagration. He was trying to create a fire barrier to prevent the rapidly moving fire from expanding towards people’s homes. With his help, firefighters were able to put the inferno out after 90 minutes as local residents were asked to evacuate the area for their safety. The wildfire was one of many breaking out during the UK’s heatwave as temperatures reached an unprecedented 40.3 degrees Celsius. Injured hiker saved by smart border collie friend after 21-meter fall in US national park.
A 53-year-old man fell from a 21-meter high cliff and was badly injured with a broken hip and ribs during a hike in the Tahoe National Forest in California, USA. He was able to get to an area with cell phone coverage to call for help but was unable to walk further. A 25-man search team was quickly sent out. Saul, the hiker’s black border collie companion, then ran over 180 meters to the team and led them to his caregiver for the rescue. The gentleman was flown by helicopter to a hospital for treatment. Saul is being taken care of by a local non-profit while his caregiver recovers. Bravo, Saul, for your excellent directions, and great job, rescue team. We pray the hiker heals quickly. May Saul and his caregiver continue to enjoy many more safe years ahead in each other’s delightful company, in Celestial vibrancy.

It has been raining lately, and my mood is calmer! Last year, as an infected person coming back from a COVID-19 pandemic area, I was put in a centralized quarantine place. There, I changed a lot. After returning home, I also isolated for another week and then went to get tested for COVID-19 for the last time at the local health station. While isolated at home, my mood was a little bit better. At that time, I watched Supreme Master Television and saw the babies die due to abortion, and other children died in the churches due to pedophile priests! Every time I watched that, I was choked up and cried, feeling powerless.
I thought that if I survive this time, then my life should belong to You, Master. And I hoped that the isolation at home at this time would be successful. Then, I sincerely hoped that for the rest of my life, You would allow me, Master, to be Your instrument to protect those helpless babies. After that, I cried and confided my wish in front of Your picture. Then, the day after, I received a call requesting help from the local coordinator for Supreme Master Television. Later, I successfully completed the home isolation. I was so happy. I immediately went to assist the Supreme Master Television work. Everything went smoothly, and I am grateful to You, Master, for giving me an opportunity to be Your instrument. I wish that all of Your vows will be fulfilled and may peace be with You. I hope that in the future, I will be a better and better tool for You, always doing God’s will to contribute with You to make the world better and better.
