In today’s news, United Arab Emirates first to deliver aid to Afghanistan, study shows climate change is exacerbating wildfires in American West, Singaporean man grows fruits and vegetables in “sky-garden,” airport in Sweden switches to green energy, helicopter pilot from Tennessee, United States, rescues 17 from dangerous flood, Olympian improves athletic performance after going vegan, and retired racehorses provide therapy to veterans integrating back into civilian life after service in Queensland, Australia.

United Arab Emirates (UAE) provides compassionate humanitarian aid to Afghanistan.

Since September 3, 2021, the UAE has operated an air bridge corridor to deliver humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan via Kabul airport. An average of 11 daily flights bring aid packages including food items and medical supplies, delivering over 250 metric tons of essentials in about a week’s time. The United Arab Emirates is a recipient of the Shining World Leadership Award for Good Governance, and a laureate of Shining World Leadership Awards for Peace, Environment Protection, Protection, and Compassion. Our sincere accolades, United Arab Emirates, for your brave, immediate and compassionate help to our Afghan brothers and sisters during this time of emergency. May Allah bless the Afghan people with a peaceful and tolerant environment so that they may thrive once again.

Research concludes climate crisis worsening wildfires in western United States.

In a new study, the nonprofit Climate Central states that climate-induced extreme heat, dryness, and wind are driving wildfires across forested land and lengthening wildfire seasons in the American West. According to the analysis, the region has experienced strong increases in the number of annual fire weather days and its year-on-year percentage rise since the 1970s. Alarmingly, parts of New Mexico, Texas, and Southern California have recorded some of the largest surges in fire weather days. Soberingly, the analysis warns that as wildfire weather becomes more rampant, extreme conditions can turn small blazes into infernos or drive the growth of large wildfires, causing great harm to public health, property, and economies. To limit global warming, the paper urges for an aggressive switch away from fossil fuels to reach net-zero carbon pollution by 2050. Many thanks, Climate Central. May humanity urgently transition to a compassionate, climate-stabilizing way of life, in God’s brilliance.

Up next, Singaporean man grows fruits and vegetables in “sky-garden.” We are just going to thank the experienced writing coaches who help writers to complete writing projects. When we return, more lively news ahead, here on Supreme Master Television! Vegan: cuz the animals r a blessing.

Hi joyful friends, I’m Joe the vegan Woylie. Everyone says vegans are carefree. Well, they are right! Just look at me – I’m reaping the cool benefits of the vegan lifestyle. Make sure you slow down when you drive through puddles, even if they are small, as there is a possibility water can seep into the ignition system and cause the engine to stall. Not to mention, it may also cause aquaplaning, also known as hydroplaning, which occurs when you lose control of your vehicle because the tires lose contact with the road. If you go through a large puddle, don’t alter your speed during or immediately afterwards. You should dry the brakes by gently pressing on them several times after going through the water. Friction leads to heat, and this will allow the water to evaporate. Thank you for your attention, and much love for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all humans and us all co-inhabitants. Here’s the weather around our beautiful globe.

Singaporean resident creates “sky-garden” to grow fruits and vegetables.

Steven Tan, a resident of Bukit Panjang, Singapore, has been using the common corridor outside his corner flat to grow fruits and vegetables for years. Plant creepers of various varieties of produce are threaded along the window ledge of his home with thin bamboo sticks, while mesh netting prevents fruit from falling to the ground below. In the beginning, Mr. Tan cultivated familiar plants. Later, he upgraded to more exotic fruits and vegetables such as bitter gourd, golden melon, grapes, and apples. His garden, which yields bountiful harvests, also attracts birds. Mr. Tan shared that plants need tender loving care, and we must make sure they get enough water and nutrients. Congratulations, Steven Tan, on your beautiful garden. May your work inspire more people to start creating additional green spaces for a more lovely world, in the love of the Buddha.

Swedish airport becomes fossil fuel-free.

The Swedish Skellefteå Airport became fossil fuel-free in 2020, as it completed its shift to renewable electricity and biofuels, possibly being the first airport in the world to do so. It is one of the top 10 largest airports in the nation and provides many flights directly to the Mediterranean. Heating is provided via biofuels. The electricity used is certified green and vehicles run on either electricity or HVO-100 biofuel. The airport also plans to continue leading the way by becoming a testing ground for the next generation of eVTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing) aircraft. Way to go, Skellefteå Airport, on your noble actions to eliminate the use of fossil fuels. In the upliftment of the Providence, may our global shift to a zero-emissions planet proceed at pace as we also focus on ending methane gas and animal livestock emissions.

Courageous helicopter pilot saves flood victims in Tennessee, USA.

After learning of people stranded on a rooftop due to rising floodwaters, Nashville-based pilot Joel Boyers flew to the affected area in Waverly and maneuvered through dangling high-voltage power lines to rescue 17 people, making multiple trips. Among his rescuees were a teenage girl clinging to a tree with one arm and holding a dog with the other. Mr. Boyers is grateful for the opportunity to help others, saying he had earlier prayed to God to give him some meaning in life. Sadly, the area’s flooding took 20 lives and destroyed 270 homes as well as numerous other buildings and infrastructure. We send our deepest condolences to the loved ones of those who lost their lives, and pray their souls are resting peacefully, in Heaven’s tender embrace. A round of applause for your heroic deed, Joel Boyers. May we all emulate your attitude of selfless service to others. Supreme Master Ching Hai: “Joyfully present the Shining World Hero Award to Joel Boyers, with love and gratitude for your noble, life-saving action. May Heaven fill your cherished existence with wonder and Blessedness, in God’s Grace.”

Coming up, Olympian improves athletic performance after going vegan. We’ll take a moment to thank our schoolteachers for the valuable lessons in life that have helped guide us to be better citizens of the world. You’re watching Noteworthy News on Supreme Master Television. Like 2 b hung upside down and ur throat slit? No? Then choose vegan. Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Brightening News for a Wondrous World.

Olympian betters athletic performance after becoming vegan.

Heavyweight boxer Cheavon Clarke adopted a plant-based diet in October 2018 and has since improved his digestion and recovery times. The Jamaican-born United Kingdom boxer has won multiple medals across several international competitions, including at the European Championships and the Commonwealth Games. This year, Cheavon competed at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. His feats have been noticed by the mainstream media, and he uses the opportunity to share about all things boxing and promotes the vegan lifestyle. Cheavon believes in leading by example to encourage others to adopt a plant-based diet. Three cheers, Cheavon Clarke, for achieving such an elite level of athleticism in a compassionate way! May your noble example inspire many to embrace a vegan way of life, in Celestial glory.

Retired racehorses help Australian veterans integrate back to normal life after service.

Isaac Adams of Queensland, an army veteran of the Australian Defence Force who served for five years as an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle operator, including deployment in Afghanistan, voluntarily discharged from service in 2013. Afterwards, he faced mental health challenges and found it hard adjusting to civilian life. Eventually, he found that connecting to a former racehorse improved his psychological health. Now, he is helping other veterans and their children through a program he founded at Ipswich, called Healing with Horsemanship. The retired racehorses and the veterans are both recovering from the strict regimentation and trauma of their earlier lives, thus becoming excellent partners in healing. Our applause, Isaac Adams, on the establishment of your brilliant program. May the majestic horses and noble veterans bask in each other’s healing presence as peace reigns supreme, in Heaven’s mercy.

It’s time for a cheery moment with a joke of the day called “They have a purpose.”

A young man discusses the possibility of getting a car with his dad.

“Dad, why don’t you buy me a car?”

“My dear son, nature gave you two legs, and for what purpose?”

“One leg for the clutch and the other for the accelerator.”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Divina in Guadeloupe:

Thank You, Supreme Master Ching Hai, for all the help You gave to my son Guillaume Lorin for his movie VANILLE. You guided him during his meditation, shattered the obstacles that stood in his way, and facilitated the opening of the doors of the theaters during the lockdown periods. Thank You again, Master, because the movie continues to be successful at the box office, just like a stream of blessings that demonstrates how one loses one’s celestial antennae, the hair, when one does not use them enough to elevate oneself, to climb La Grande Soufrière mountain. And like Little Vanille, who enters into her childhood innocence, we dive inside ourselves, into the crater, to find the light that liberates us from the torments of the world, the evil bird, the soucouyant. Thaaank You again and again, Master, for all such inspiration. And also for all Your Love, as Guillaume is preparing for Quan Yin initiation. Thaaank You! Thaaank You! MASTER Divina from Guadeloupe

Joyous Divina, We are delighted to hear of your son’s successful film, and his upcoming initiation.

Master has some words of Wisdom for you: “Lovely Divina, it is wonderful to hear about your son’s success in making his artistic dreams come true. The Master Power supports all artists who are inspired through their uplifting creative expressions to make the world a brighter place. May his film motivate even more talented people to offer the aesthetic works that reveal their shining souls. May God watch over you, your loved ones, and fantastic Guadeloupe.”

We welcome your heartlines, stories and or cute, loving animal clips. Please send them via SupremeMasterTV.com/heartline

We sure have enjoyed spending time with you on Noteworthy News. May Divine light shine on you and your loved ones.
