According to a new study published in Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise, people who ride their bicycle regularly across age periods throughout their lifetime had a lower incidence of frequent knee pain, symptomatic radiographic osteoarthritis (SOA), and radiographic osteoarthritis (ROA). This study also showed that those who biked at any point in their lives experienced less knee pain, ROA, and SOA, compared to those who never biked.
