Auras: Reflections of Our True Self, Part 2 of 2

Auras: Reflections of Our True Self, Part 2 of 2

Since auras reflect a person’s nature, the types of people we tend to like interacting with or are attracted to depend significantly on the frequency of energy fields we’re tuned into. According to author Emma Mildon, “You’re tapping into the frequency that person is operating on. Our frequency or vibe is what others can sense, or what attracts or repels us from others depending on how our frequency works with theirs.” Our Most Gracious Supreme Master Ching Hai has some advice on this subject. “Even if you don’t say anything, people know who you are and what you are inside, your purity, your intention, your love, your purpose, your nobility, your dignity. Everything good about you is manifested outside, around your body with intense radiance.” “We have to keep ourselves noble and pure. Because people can see us. People can see. The seers and sages, and the pure in the heart can see our aura. If we do something right, we are God-realized, we are God-loving and one with God, our aura is goldened, is brilliant. If we do something wrong, we hurt other people emotionally, physically, or mentally, or spiritually, our aura is dark. People can see us. We cannot cheat. That's why we have to keep ourselves beautiful.” New research reveals that groups of people who adopt a vegan diet tend to be more positive and energetic. Physicians and nutritionists emphasize how leafy greens and plant-based proteins are good for boosting brain power and mood. By knowing that what we put on our plates did not add to the suffering of animal-people, we can have a peaceful heart and increased peace of mind; ultimately this peaceful atmosphere will generate a good aura around us. Besides good auras, positive emotions can also promote healthy cells. Dr. Giles Yeo, has the following interesting comment about food and auras: “Ultra-processed vegetarian food or ultra-processed vegan food, interestingly, has an aura, a halo of health around it.”

Auras: Reflections of Our True Self, Part 1 of 2

Auras: Reflections of Our True Self, Part 1 of 2

Science tells us that all living beings have vibrant energy fields that surround their physical forms. These fields, known as auras, encompass humans, animal-people, plants, trees, and even rocks. Auras are known to represent our emotions, state of mind, physical characteristics, and spiritual levels. Christina Lonsdale, Founder of the Radiant Human project, says, “As human beings, we radiate a very low level of electricity that’s otherwise known as an electromagnetic field. The camera uses hand sensors that pick up this energy field and a proprietary algorithm matches this energy to a color.” Recent medical and scientific studies have examined what we eat and how it affects our moods. Animal-people that are slaughtered for meat undergo extensive trauma and pain. These feelings are absorbed and present in the cells of their meat. Our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai has spoken about how the vegan diet is free of this negative energy, and that consuming animal-people’s flesh with turmoil embedded in their bodies and ingesting the flesh of the animal-people, we are then taking in negative energy. “Our body is a car that needs different fuel. We have to put in fresh, living energy from vegetables and fruits, and grains. Not the dead corpses and filthy energy, and rotten pieces of bloody dead meat that’s full of antibiotics, full of fear and horror in there, also. This kind of energy, before they die, they torture them. They know all that. And they even torture them physically as well. All their life is torture. So, all that is embedded in their meat, and if you eat it, you can’t have peace. You can’t feel happy, not truly happy. And, of course, you get sick. That is not for humans to consume. So many antibiotics and mercury and what not in all the fish-people, and salmonella accidentally, whatever, wherever. Nowadays, so much sickness already, not to talk about COVID.” Harvard Medical School psychiatrist and nutrition specialist Dr. Uma Naidoo says, “A plant-based diet can ultimately make a healthy gut, resulting in a happier life.” The relationship between high-fiber diets and the reduction of anxiety, stress, and depression has been shown by Dr. Naidoo, who further explains that “a vegan diet consisting of anti-inflammatory foods such as fruits, vegetables, and animal-free fats creates a healthier gut microbiome, which in turn boosts your energy and mood.”

Spiritual Evolution and the Devastating Effects of Eating Meat: Interview with David Barreto (vegan), Part 2 of 2

Spiritual Evolution and the Devastating Effects of Eating Meat: Interview with David Barreto (vegan), Part 2 of 2

David explains that while most people are aware that meat consumption causes physical damage, few are aware of its spiritual consequences. “So, we know that we have all of the negative sides of eating meat in our physical bodies. We know that it's not good for our body. We know that it's not good for the planet. We know it's not good for the animals, obviously. But we don't know yet about the repercussions, the spiritual repercussions of eating meat.” “And we are doing so wrong to animals. So, killing animals gets us into this karma, not only our own karma but collective karma. And collective karma is the karma that affects whole nations and the whole globe. Obviously, coronavirus is a collective karma. Because everyone in the world has been awful against nature, against animals.” “So, I think this is the main spiritual repercussion of eating meat is financing these death camps. They are slaughterhouses. We are financing these (with) our money. You are not killing a cow, a pig. But somebody (else) is killing because you are paying them to do (it). And who is going to put that karma on to you is yourself. It is not God, it’s not the animals, it's not other people. It's you. Our consciousness is our judge.” “Animals are part of this planet. They are part of the universe, and they are evolving. So, anything that you do will return back to you. Animals count as karma. Remember that animals are friends.” Our most Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai frequently warns about the terrifying karmic consequences of eating meat, stating that the vegan lifestyle is the only way to rescue our souls. “Everything in this physical world has some so-called condition. So, even God forgives you, you still go to hell if you eat meat or if you kill animal-people or partake in the murder. And even if you just pay taxes and the government uses it to subsidize the animal-people industry then, you still need to pay that. All Masters are unconditional. God is unconditional. But that is the road that leads to hell, so you have to U-turn, that’s all.”

Spiritual Evolution and the Devastating Effects of Eating Meat: Interview with David Barreto (vegan), Part 1 of 2

David Barreto is an author, a researcher on spirituality and science, and a lecturer in quantum physics in London, UK. For more than 20 years, David has been studying spirituality and has also completed academic studies in various sciences, including astrophysics, cosmology, and neuropsychology. David recently released the book “Spiritual Evolution in the Animal Kingdom: Karma, Reincarnation and the Repercussions of Eating Meat,” in which he discusses the spirituality of animal-people, their reincarnation process, and why eating meat seriously degrades our spiritual bodies. “Sometimes, as humanity, we think that animals are just animated beings out there. And that is so wrong, because they have a spirit; they are evolving in their own lives, in their own worlds. They are here on planet Earth to evolve, to grow spiritually, like we are. And we are going towards the same direction, humans and animals. We are just in different states of evolution now, spiritual evolution.” David next explains that our animal-people co-inhabitants are here to help us and that even tiny insect-people are important. Spider-people, for example, have an energetic role. Our most gracious Supreme Master Ching Hai can speak telepathically with animal-people and frequently speaks about the remarkable gifts they bring. She shares a story about the loving kindness of a tiny spider-person She once met. “Oh, so many animal-people are so incredibly kind, not just my dog-person. Even today, outside of my door, there is a spider-person. He spun a web where I would hang my clothes in the sun to dry, and I tried to shake him away, he didn’t go. He came back and mended his net again, so I was feeling strange that he’s so persisting to build a house there. I asked him, ‘Why did you insist to put up your tent here? The house in front of my door like this makes it difficult for me to come out and to hang my clothes.’ So, and then he told me, ‘Because You need protection.’ How can a spider-person protect me? Imagine. It’s just the invisible things. So he (the spider-person) said, ‘Because You need protection.’ My God, such a small little creature-being like that. I was so touched.”

UFOs and Extraterrestrials: Helping Earth Survive, Part 2 of 2

UFOs and Extraterrestrials: Helping Earth Survive, Part 2 of 2

No one really knows for sure why Oumuamua appeared, including Dr. Loeb. He speculates it could be “space junk” that once served as a kind of space navigation buoy used by a long-ago civilization. “It would put us in perspective,” Dr. Loeb says. “If we are not alone, are we the smartest kids on the block? If there was a species that eliminated itself through war or changing the climate, we can get our act together and behave better. Instead, we are wasting a lot of resources on Earth fighting each other and other negative things that are a big waste.” Our beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai shares a similar view. “I have told you long ago that our technology here on the planet are the leftovers from other celestial bodies, like discarded garbage. I’m sorry if I offend anybody. Because our technologies are far, far, far too inferior to the others’ high-tech development.” “Recently, our planet is in trouble, you see, in danger, in urgency, so they always come to try to give the blessing or to avert some disaster, whatever they can – you see? – be it comet or earthquake or typhoon. Without their intervention, we would have been done for, okay?” “They love us no end, they love us no end. They wish that we’re also as developed and as knowledgeable about moral standards like they are. They try to help as many ways as they can. They help us much, much, much. We have to thank them also. With their technology, they helped us to avert as many disasters as they can. Even individually, they helped to rescue many people who didn’t even know that they were rescued; because they’re unconditional. Without their intervention, we would have been gone: the planet, gone; people, gone – all gone. They are trying to help us so that we can hang on in there, so that we may wake up and help ourselves. You see, they can’t do everything; they can’t. We have to help ourselves by our spiritual merit, by our moral power. Then we will survive, and we will develop more and more and then we will see them even in person, and we can visit them like I would visit you.”

UFOs and Extraterrestrials: Helping Earth Survive, Part 1 of 2

UFOs and Extraterrestrials: Helping Earth Survive, Part 1 of 2

The United States Government, Office of Naval Intelligence has been investigating mysterious events such as unidentified flying objects (UFOs) for decades, but very little information has made it into the public domain. In the last year, however, the United States Department of Defense has released several reports and videos about UFOs. The most shocking aspect of the 2020 intelligence report was the inclusion of what sources described as a new and “extremely clear” photograph of an unidentifiable triangular aircraft that emerged from the ocean and began to ascend straight upwards at a 90-degree angle. During gatherings with our Association members in Australia and France, our beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai also shared some revealing information. “In the universe, there are many earths. We are not the only one.” “And some people even within our planet, but not on the surface of the planet, they did that. We are nowhere. But they live a different kind of life; they’re more peaceful there. People are more peaceful … and vegan, fruitarian or nothing. Their concepts are different. They live in a different level of consciousness, you could call that Heaven as well, because it needs a group of people, it needs the whole consciousness to be in the same position, same thinking, same concept; otherwise, it doesn’t work.” “(Master, the first question is Mr. Andov also speaks about the crop circles and that they are a way ETs are sending us messages. Is this true, Master? I think you’ve addressed part of this. And what are they trying to tell us?) We are to be aware of something bigger than us, (Yes, Master.) something more developed, something more benevolent, even if they are developed. Because look at that and the UFO, and the signs and all that, that means these people, the authors of all these writings, are mightier than us, that we don’t even know who they are, when they come and where they come from. And with those technologies, advanced, they could destroy us, they could do harm to us, but they never did. So, see? The message is very clear, (Yes, Master) that peace should be here, that we should be benevolent, that we should concentrate on more of our development to a higher standard instead of making war and oppressing, you see? (Yes, Master.) Because these mightier ones do not oppress or make war on us, so we should learn and do the same to each other in the human family.”

Healing through Hypnosis and Past Life Regression Therapy: Interview with Stephanie Riseley, Part 2 of 2

Healing through Hypnosis and Past Life Regression Therapy: Interview with Stephanie Riseley, Part 2 of 2

On today’s program Stephanie explains the brain’s various levels of consciousness. It’s in the deepest state, called theta, that we can access our unconscious beliefs. Stephanie helps clients reach the theta state through hypnosis. “So, there's many levels of consciousness. I'm talking, and I'm in beta. You're listening, I'm talking, that's beta. Then alpha, (the) alpha wave is a slower wave. And that happens when you're driving and you're thinking about something and you miss your exit on the freeway. And then theta happens when you're engrossed in a movie, for instance. I get you into a very deep theta state, by progressive relaxation.” Stephanie uses hypnotherapy to help her clients lose weight, stop smoking, or eliminate obsessive thought patterns that create anxiety and anger. She starts by encouraging them to improve their physical health. Deep-seated beliefs and habitual thought patterns can sabotage our happiness. Stephanie helps her clients live happier lives by teaching them to reprogram the brain. “Okay, so reprogramming the brain is really about giving the client or someone the information that they need to see how their brain functions. So, there are neural pathways in your brain; there are things that can trigger obsessive-compulsive disorders. And there's all kinds of obsessive-compulsive disorders that you can overcome. You have to understand how the brain functions, what the brain needs.” “We all like to live in groups of family constellations. So, you have to go and find a way to accept who they are, and not expect them to be who they're not.” “The Dalai Lama says, you know, we're only on the planet for 80 or 90 years. And if, in that time, you can find a way to make other people happy, then you have found the way to create your own happiness.”

Healing through Hypnosis and Past Life Regression Therapy: Interview with Stephanie Riseley, Part 1 of 2

On today’s program, we’ll meet Stephanie Riseley, who is a certified hypnotherapist with more than 30 years of experience, a past life regression therapist, and the author of “Love from Both Sides.” Stephanie’s interest in healing began as a teenager. When she was 18, she suddenly became ill and suffered immense pain throughout her body. One day, while experiencing excruciating chest pains, Stephanie had a near death experience (NDE), during which she travelled to a plane she refers to as the “in between.” “I do cognitive-behavioral modification, awareness therapy, and narrative therapy, which is what past-life regressions would be called. And how I happened to be in this field of healing, which I've been in for about 18 years, is when my husband died in my arms. I had my hand on his heart, and his heart stopped. And then he whipped through me, yelling, ‘Free at last! Free at last! Thank God Almighty, I'm free at last.’ This is not therapy. ‘I'm going to get you to figure out what it is that your soul’s purpose is.’ From my point of view, we all have a purpose. We all incarnate to learn different lessons. And it's not just one lesson. Most of the lesson is to learn to forgive.” Many people believe that each soul occupies only one body. But in Her discussion with disciples on April 27, 2000 in Auckland, New Zealand, Supreme Master Ching Hai revealed a fascinating fact about souls. “You know the nature of the soul is not that ‘I am here and I have one soul in here’ – it’s not like that! My soul is bigger than just in here. It might be all over here, it might be all me, but it looks different. I know, I know... It’s not like, OK, ‘God is one and everybody is one with God’ – it’s not in that sense. It’s in the sense that one individual can have a great soul that encompasses many so-called bodies. So we can happen to identify, just like each other. Just like sometimes we have two persons, but they think exactly the same thing at the same moment. That is because that is one soul, not because they are one with God or they are one with each other, but they are one soul, just like twins, you see. They’re like soul mates, something like that.”

Healing our Lives through Inner Stillness: Interview with Jiulio Consiglio, Part 2 of 2

Healing our Lives through Inner Stillness: Interview with Jiulio Consiglio, Part 2 of 2

On today’s program, Jiulio shares insights on how others can also become spiritually awakened. Through his books and workshops, Jiulio encourages others to meditate, because through meditation, people can contact their “inner stillness.” “'Inner stillness' is a reflection of the inner being within you. Inner stillness is that quiet, that inner peace, that is reflected when one goes beyond the conditioned mind or the ego. When you are tuned in, or operating from inner stillness, or I described it also as the quantum field, you are operating beyond the ego. So, there is no identity. You transcend the body. You realize the body is temporary; it’s not eternal. You are not who you were. You are not your job. You’re beyond all that. So, you are actually operating from pure consciousness. When you are operating from pure consciousness, you are now in complete alignment with the 'all that is.' And the 'all that is,' is wisdom, is peace, is stillness, is understanding. So that is then allowed to fill your mind. So now you become mindful; you become mindful of spirit. And that is reflected in everything you do.” After his spontaneous spiritual awakening, Jiulio experienced several remarkable changes. “So, about a month after I’d made the shift, I was experiencing automatic writing, I was experiencing mystical events. And this particular day, I was meditating deeply on my sister’s couch one morning and I suddenly experienced a vision. I received information on what the ego was. But then I experienced an image of a wall crumbling, and it actually said 'ego' across it. And when that happened, I experienced a vision of placing my hand on my forehead, on myself, who was sitting in a wheelchair. And I saw myself in that vision healing myself. And the minute I saw that those automatic awarenesses came to me, that I was actually experiencing a healing. And I realized that in healing myself I was healing my mind and healing my soul. The joy that overcame me in that moment was so charged, the tears that came down my face were filled with such emotion, that I actually ended up with burn marks on my cheeks for a few days. It’s been a life of miracles. When I look back, everything has been one synchronicity after another. There’s not another way I can describe it.” Due to the current issues of pandemics, climate change, and widespread financial chaos, many people are experiencing suffering. At the conclusion of his interview, Jiulio shared some uplifting thoughts on this topic. “If someone has been experiencing tremendous suffering, if someone has been going through anxiety, if someone is going through some very difficult circumstances, know that these are temporary, and that there is a potential and a possibility within you to transcend and actually take those adversities and use them as catalysts for shifting consciousness. And that shifting consciousness is enlightenment. It is an understanding that you are one with everything, and that you are completely supported unconditionally, and loved unconditionally.” Many thanks, Mr. Jiulio Consiglio, for your positive and insightful words. May you be blessed for uplifting the spirits of those whose lives you touch.

Healing our Lives through Inner Stillness: Interview with Jiulio Consiglio (INT in Eng), Part 1 of 2

9:35

Healing our Lives through Inner Stillness: Interview with Jiulio Consiglio (INT in Eng), Part 1 of 2

Mr. Jiulio Consiglio is a renowned spiritual author, workshop facilitator, and teacher living in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He is the author of two books, “Challenge Your Thoughts: Healing Mind, Spirit and Body with Truth” and “The Healing Frequency: Transform Your Life through the Wisdom, Power and Clarity of Inner Stillness.” His focus is on the transformative power of inner stillness, which has the ability to heal us while simultaneously expanding our esoteric abilities. Mr. Consiglio began his spiritual journey when he was 19 years old. As he was starting his post-secondary studies, he sat down in the classroom and suddenly had the first in a series of severe panic attacks that continued for many months. Over the course of the next 14 years, Jiulio continued his spiritual quest, hoping to find “another way.” However, his journey proved to be extremely painful. In addition to his recurring panic attacks, he suffered several additional traumas. Then suddenly one night, something terrifying happened. “So, one night I went to bed. And at around 3:00 AM, I was suddenly awakened by a feeling of a negative entity. And the only word I can really describe it, as it was hovering over me, I couldn’t see it, was ‘evil.’ And as I looked down at my covers, the covers were suddenly being pulled off me. I was more shocked than anything. And that is what was the lowest point, I would say, in my life. And at that point now, I was ready for another way, and I cried out for another way.” Not long after his terrifying bedtime experience, an unfathomable event occurred that forever altered Jiulio’s life. He refers to the experience as “the shift.” “…Well, that day as I was sitting in the car, I started to reflect on something that I read earlier in a book. And as I did, as audible as anything else, I heard a thought come through my chest say, ‘Challenge your thoughts.’ In that instant, the third eye, or the space between my eyebrows, began to vibrate intensely. And it automatically began to shut off negative thought. This went on throughout the day. Now in that instant, I remember clearly turning my head, looking around me, and experiencing a profound clarity. It was an instant knowing. I still had one patient to get back to, to finish. And I went back to work. And as I am working on this patient, my forehead is still going off; the vibration is still going off. I finished the patient. I am driving home and now it’s a very bad storm. So, I’m driving home, I get home, and now I can feel the force of that negativity being confronted with this vibration that’s taking place, this ‘now knowing’ that is being activated within me. And in that instant, I lay down on the couch and I said, ‘Just let me die.’ And I felt myself pop out. And I can’t tell you how long I was gone. And I came back. And in that instant, I knew that the experience was ‘dying before I die.’ And that’s that experience of ‘ego death.’ It was in one instance symbolic, and in one instance, it was quite literal. So, I popped out of my body, came back. At that instant I realized I’d experienced ego death. So now, it had lost its power to try to take control or a hold of the mind.” Thank you, Jiulio, for sharing the remarkable story of your spiritual transformation.

Heaven is Beautiful - Near Death Experiences of Reverend Peter Panagore, Part 4 of 4

13:55

Heaven is Beautiful - Near Death Experiences of Reverend Peter Panagore, Part 4 of 4

On today’s episode, Reverend Panagore discusses how he came to understand that God’s existence extends far beyond any religious dogma. “When I was ‘dead’ I perceived that God was beyond all religion because the Divine Being is beyond all concept and understanding and containment. The word ‘eternal’ itself or ‘infinite’ means that it can't be contained within concept. There's no gender; there's no physicality. There's no matter whatsoever. And all these words of definition aren't adequate. They don't even come close. One God, Oneness of Being is beyond capacity for humanity to understand and comprehend. And so, I came back without faith or belief, because I came back with knowledge. I know God is real.” We asked Peter about his personal mission in life, and he shared the following thoughts. “I have two missions in life. One is to be grandfather to my granddaughter, to be a substitute father, to help her adjust the best that she can in the world. That's my physical mission. But my real mission in life is the mission of everybody, which is to become channels of light, to become another node of the presence of the Divine in the world, to bring more light into the presence of the world, by getting out of the way of the light. And I think that everybody's mission is to love each other, love each other. That's the mission of life. And for those of us who are more spiritually capable, maybe born that way, or find a way to become that way, to simply become a beacon. If we can each become a channel of light, a presence of the Divine, then we have an opportunity to evolve spiritually.” At the conclusion of the interview, Reverend Panagore had one final thought to share with our global audience. “All you need to do is love. It's built into humanity. Love each other is the simplest thing there is. You just have to love the people in your life. That's all. That's a very simple thing, just love each other.” Reverend Peter Panagore, thank you for sharing your experiences and your inner wisdom. May you be blessed abundantly for your great generosity.

Heaven is Beautiful - Near Death Experiences of Reverend Peter Panagore, Part 3 of 4

11:56

Heaven is Beautiful - Near Death Experiences of Reverend Peter Panagore, Part 3 of 4

Peter explains that his NDEs greatly intensified his desire to turn inward. Since his first NDE, he has devoted time each day to meditation and prayer. “One of the side effects of near-death experiences, and there's a lot of them, or ‘aftereffects’ as people call them, can be a more direct relationship to the Divine. And I think a life of meditation and prayer opens one’s spiritual ear up wider and one’s spiritual eye becomes clearer.” Reverend Panagore has practiced meditation for more than 40 years. A few years ago, he had a remarkable inner experience. One evening, when he returned home after hosting a late-night broadcast program, he tried to rest. However, he found himself unable to sleep. So, he decided to meditate instead. “I decided to meditate. And as soon as I began my chant, I was plucked out of myself and carried, how do I describe this? It's like it wasn't my soul self, it was more like the combination of soul and spirit. And so I (was) plucked in, pulled outside myself and brought into an ocean of sound, some people call it the “choir of angels” or the “cosmic music.” But it was the most beautiful, complex sound of frequencies that pervaded the existence of all of the space that I was in. And it seemed like it was above the material world, but it penetrated into the material world. But I was in some sort of heaven. And I was raised rapidly up through this ocean of the Divine self, of sound, of music; all things are made of this frequency. And as I got to the very top of it, I approached the very edge of light itself. And as I got to the light, my mind became active again. And I was plummeted out, back into my body.” Peter explains that all human beings, rich or poor, high ranking or living in rags, have the same inner Light of the Divine. But what about animals? Do they also have this radiant inner Light? “I see the light inside all sentient beings. The difference with human beings is that the personas that we live within create the illusion of value. This person's more valuable than that person. The homeless person is less valuable than the CEO. That's just not true. It's not true because they're all Divinely loved by God in an equal way. Everyone is particularly loved and beloved in an egalitarian way. And I see animals the same way. I look in their eyes and I see the light. Animals are Divine beings made of Light just like human beings are.” Reverend Peter Panagore, thank you for sharing your precious, insightful, and blissful experiences. We’re grateful for your wisdom and kindness.

Discovering the Creation of the Universe and the Divine: Interview with Dr. Alan Lightman, Part 3 of 3

Discovering the Creation of the Universe and the Divine: Interview with Dr. Alan Lightman, Part 3 of 3

In his essay, “The Temporary Universe,” Dr. Lightman states how everything in our universe, even the Sun, moon and stars, is impermanent. “One of the central beliefs of Buddhism is that everything is impermanent, that everything is passing away. So even in science, we’ve learned that everything in nature is impermanent. Energy and matter, the two combined cannot be created or destroyed, just transformed.” Since matter cannot be destroyed, what happens to the physical elements in our body when we pass away? Dr. Lightman explains. “When we die, my view is that the atoms in our body just disperse. They become part of the soil, become part of the air, become part of the oceans. And eventually our atoms will become parts of other people.” In addition to being a distinguished scientist, Dr. Lightman has had spiritual experiences for which there is no scientific explanation. “I'd been watching these baby ospreys grow up all summer long. And I’ve never had any communication with any animal that was that intense. And I felt, in that split second, they were telling me that we’re brothers. We have shared this land together. And ‘Go in peace.’ And it was a wonderful feeling of kinship with these wild animals, that we were all living beings sharing this piece of land together. It was an incredible experience.” “And I lay down in the boat and turned off the engine and it got even quieter. And I just looked up at the stars. And after a few moments I felt like I was falling into infinity. I felt like I was part of something much bigger than myself. I felt a connection, not only to the stars, but to all of nature. That was what I would call a spiritual experience or transcendent experience, where I lost all track of my body and where I was and what time it was, and just felt this connection. And for me, that’s what spirituality is, that feeling of being part of something larger than ourselves, of being connected to the whole cosmos.” Dr. Lightman explains that in order to have a deeper understanding of the wonders around us, we need to spend more time in nature. “I think that our modern lifestyle is too fast, that we’re always rushing from A to B without taking time to just be present and appreciating the moment, of slowing down and just appreciating where we are and who we are. I think that our high-speed communication devices have made us feel like we need to be plugged into the grid all the time. And that is also taking us away from the moment, from the present, from just appreciating where we are. We need time to think about who we are and where we’re going and what our values are. And those moments of reflection require quiet. They require slowness.”

Heaven is Beautiful - Near Death Experiences of Reverend Peter Panagore, Part 2 of 4

Heaven is Beautiful - Near Death Experiences of Reverend Peter Panagore, Part 2 of 4

On today’s show he describes how his second NDE re-directed his life. “When I cause people pain, I now know that I'm going to be forgiven, which doesn't give me permission to hurt people. It's just the opposite of that; knowing that God is all love makes me aspire to be the best that I can be. It makes me understand that every time I love someone else or have an action of kindness, it's an accumulation inside myself of the treasure of Heaven. So, I, in my body now, I reoriented my life completely. I changed the course of my career. I changed the class, the graduate program I was going to go into. I ended up going into ministry, which is, from my point of view, a servant sort of living; it's a profession of compassion. And so, I try to live as compassionately as I possibly can. I'm willing to stand up when I have to stand up to be courageous, but only in the servanthood of love, not for self-serving purposes.” Reverend Panagore says that life here on Earth is just an illusion. He next shares why he believes this is so. “The whole universe is an illusion. It's a place where we live, but it's not what we are. And it seems to me, it doesn't seem to me, it actually is to me, that the only reality is the Divine itself.” Reverend Peter Panagore has had two near-death experiences during his lifetime. In both instances, when he returned to life on Earth, he suffered through a long and difficult period of adjustment. “My second near-death experience put me into a bit of a tizzy. When I first came back, I had no idea what this thing was anymore. I went into a long-term depression, probably ten years of utter sadness and longing for the Oneness of Being. And so, it took a long time to readjust. And I ended up going to divinity school, that architecture school to study mysticism. I dove inside myself. And I guess the biggest way that I learned to readjust was by diving interiorly. I found that Jesus was right, that if you seek Heaven above all things, if you focus on the oneness of being, you get access to it. And so, I wanted access to it. I wanted to strip away as much of myself as I possibly could, to create a larger channel inside myself, so that I could have access to the Divine. Through meditative practices, I opened myself up to a rapture of grace. I lifted outside of myself and brought in the Divine presence of the Oneness of Being and visions. I have visions of Heaven and light. It's the power of the Divine itself, uplifting me out of myself and sending me back to my body and giving me the gift of a series of gifts of reintegration, helping my feet be here.” Many thanks, Reverend Peter Panagore, for sharing your inspiring story with us.

Discovering the Creation of the Universe and the Divine: Interview with Dr. Alan Lightman, Part 2 of 3

Discovering the Creation of the Universe and the Divine: Interview with Dr. Alan Lightman, Part 2 of 3

On today’s program, Dr. Lightman tells us more about the origin of the universe, and why certain planets, such as Earth, have the perfect conditions to support life as we know it. “There are two possible explanations for that. One is that the universe was created by some intelligence, some Intelligent Being that wanted the universe to have life in it, and therefore chose these parameters such as the strength of the nuclear force and the amount of dark energy to have the right value to allow stars to form, to allow complex atoms to form, to allow the Earth to form and other planets to allow life to form. That’s one explanation. The other explanation is called the ‘Multiverse.’ And that is the idea that, in addition to our universe, there are many, many other universes with different properties. Some of them have a nuclear force, which is much weaker than the nuclear force in our universe. Some of them have a nuclear force which is much stronger than the nuclear force in our universe and so on. And that, in most of those other universes, life cannot start. But in some of them, the conditions are right for life. And we happen to live in one of the universes in which the conditions are right for life.” “We can’t conceive of any life that does not involve atoms. And you need stars to make atoms. All of the atoms in our bodies, except the lightest atoms, hydrogen, all of those atoms, carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, iron, all of those atoms in our bodies were actually made in stars, which is an incredible thought.” “Because what stars do, is they take the lightest atoms, hydrogen, which were there from the Big Bang, and they fuse them together to make larger atoms, like carbon and oxygen. And then some of those stars explode, and those atoms are spewed out into space. And eventually they start drawing together and coalescing to form a solar system, which forms oceans and air and soil and eventually living creatures. So, all of the atoms in our bodies except for hydrogen were made at the center of stars. We do think that atoms are necessary for life, even life very, very different from our own life. And therefore, we need the right conditions in a universe to make stars.”

Heaven is Beautiful - Near Death Experiences of Reverend Peter Panagore, Part 1 of 4

Heaven is Beautiful - Near Death Experiences of Reverend Peter Panagore, Part 1 of 4

Reverend Peter Panagore is an internationally renowned church pastor, inspirational speaker, and devotional storyteller, who has written several books, including the best-selling “Heaven is Beautiful: How Dying Taught me that Death is Just the Beginning.” As the former pastor of the First Radio Parish Church of America, his uplifting program, “Daily Devotions,” was broadcast every day for 15 years, with 30 million views annually. Throughout his life, Reverend Panagore has had two near-death experiences (NDEs). In our series, Reverend Panagore shares what he experienced when he seemingly “died” and how these remarkable events transformed his life. He begins by telling us about his first NDE. “I saw a little tiny spot of light come rushing toward me and expanding to fill my entire vision. And I was a singular orb of consciousness. All of my senses, my smell, taste, touch, hearing thoughts were all one thing. And I was much larger than I am as a human being. I heard a voice that had no sound telepathically speak inside me saying, ‘I love you. I made you, I know you. Nothing of you is hidden from me.’ And then I saw my life review. Only the life review I had was that I suffered all the pain that I gave away in my entire life, each individual incident of it in a sequence. The result of being born into the world is the capacity for love and the capacity to cause pain. And those two coexist. And it seemed to me that I carried all this pain with me, but the thing that I carried with me most of all was all the love that I'd given away in my life, and all the love that had been given to me in my life. And the love itself became the treasure of my being, which caused me to understand the Divine power of love.” This deeper understanding about the Divine power of love transformed Reverend Panagore, causing him to redirect his career. During his NDE, he also learned another important lesson. “In order to be filled with the oneness of being, I had to abandon my own concept of self. And what gave me the strength to endure that was the love that was given to me. Love turns out to be the absolute universal treasure of life. It's the inbuilt thing inside all humanity that allows us access to the Divine. It was the purity of love that saved me.” Many thanks, Reverend Panagore, for sharing your fascinating experiences.

Discovering the Creation of the Universe and the Divine: Interview with Dr. Alan Lightman, Part 1 of 3

Discovering the Creation of the Universe and the Divine: Interview with Dr. Alan Lightman, Part 1 of 3

Dr. Lightman is a distinguished physicist and a professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, Masachussetts, USA. He is also an international bestselling author whose books include “Three Flames,” “The Accidental Universe: The World You Thought You Knew,” and “Einstein’s Dreams.” Dr. Lightman is the Founder and Chairman of the Harpswell Foundation, an organization that helps to empower women in Southeast Asia. Dr. Lightman has conducted extensive research on the correlation between science, philosophy, and spirituality, and his work encompasses the teachings of many religions. On today’s program he explains the difficulty of proving God’s existence through scientific means. “The question of whether science can prove or disprove the existence of God and whether the instruments that we have built are detecting some energy or force that represents God, I think this really depends upon your definition of God. Throughout history, different groups of people, different religions, different cultures have had different views of God. One view of God is called Pantheism. And, this view might be the same as in Taoism in China, that God is all of nature. And if you have this view of God, then God is everywhere around us all the time. So, it really depends upon what your understanding of God is. If you have the view that God is an intelligent being who created the universe, I think that that God cannot be proved or disproved by science, because science can never say exactly what created the universe.” Science seeks to explain the universe and other physical phenomena through various tests and experiments, using fundamental laws or principles. But some phenomena are inexplicable through scientific methods. “There are still many fundamentalist religions that view God as an Intelligent Being that purposely created the universe and even sometimes intervenes to perform supernatural events. I mean, there are supernatural events in Judaism, the parting of the Red Sea, in Islam, the splitting of the moon by [Prophet] Muhammad. There is, in Christianity, the resurrection of Christ. These are all supernatural events, which by definition have a conflict with science.” For many years, scientists have wondered how the stars and the rest of our universe came into being. One theory that many scientists support is the “Big Bang Theory,” which states that everything started from a singular event and expanded from there. “And that's about 14 billion years ago. So, we believe that was when our universe began.”Is our universe the only one in existence? Not according to scientific theory. In fact, our universe may be only one of many, perhaps even an infinite number of universes. This concept is called “Multiverse Theory.” “The ‘Multi Universe’ is a large collection of many, many universes that are out of communication with each other. But each one would have its own laws of physics. Each one would have its own nature. Some of those universes would have life, some of them would not have life. Some of them would have planets and stars. Other ones would just be pure energy.” Many thanks, Dr. Lightman, for sharing your vast knowledge about the science behind the creation of the universe.

Learning to Communicate with Plants: Interview with Mr. Alexandre Ferran, Part 3 of 3

Learning to Communicate with Plants: Interview with Mr. Alexandre Ferran, Part 3 of 3

Through his research, Mr. Ferran has discovered that plants learn, remember, feel, give, receive and share. He has also observed that they are highly sensitive to their environment, and that they perceive the world much differently than we do. Mr. Ferran believes that plants respond to us in different ways. If we treat them with kindness and respect, they respect, they respond accordingly. He believes that, as our level of consciousness rises, humans will become more and more sensitive to everything around us. Mr. Ferran hopes that, one day, humans will be able to communicate with plants without the need of electrical devices. “It’s important to try to work on that. Because human time is counted.” We already know that plants, by their very presence, contribute to our physical, mental and emotional well-being. Supreme Master Ching Hai has reminded us many times that plants, especially trees, have healing powers, as well as other gifts.

Learning to Communicate with Plants: Interview with Mr. Alexandre Ferran, Part 2 of 3

His original experiments were conducted with indoor plants, with whom he could communicate almost immediately. Later, he began to experiment with trees in the forest. “And the trees and wild plants who are much more autonomous, they tolerate us. We need to realize that, in fact, they would just need to decide, and we would no longer be here.” Mr. Ferran explains that although plants and trees are sedentary, they protect and support one another in subtle ways. He believes that we can learn a great deal from their way of life. “I think they’re much more advanced than we are in their understanding of the world.” Besides, it’s part of the tree’s messages. “He says, “Telepathy is the system of communication between us and we talk to you. You just don’t want to listen.” Supreme Master Ching Hai reminds us to be highly respectful of all beings on Earth. Several times She has told us that plants and trees have inner powers, and that they are able to protect and communicate with us.

Learning to Communicate with Plants: Interview with Mr. Alexandre Ferran, Part 1 of 3

On today’s program we’ll speak with accomplished actor, director, and author - Mr. Alexandre Ferran, of Paris, France. Through his thorough research, he has also become a renowned expert in understanding the ability of plants to communicate through music and words. “At the beginning of the 20th century there was an Indian called Mr. Bose who created a device called the crescograph, which made it possible to read in an accelerated way the movements of plants.” “In fact, in science, what we notice is that all the people who are plant lovers are able to demonstrate that they have a conscience, and emotions, and the capacity for understanding, of intelligence, etc.” Plants can also understand and respond to what people say. As Mr. Ferran shows us how plants can use the communication device to communicate through the language of music.
