I’ve found life can be tough sometimes, and my mommy and daddy taught me a few ways to deal with feeling blue or overwhelmed. I’d like to share some with you. Regular exercise can boost your mood. Exercise releases the feel-good hormones known as endorphins. You can either exercise at home or take a walk with a friend. Even just a 2-3-minute high-energy callisthenic routine has been shown to improve wellbeing and health, especially for us kids. Another way to achieve emotional self-care is by doing an activity that makes you feel good such as journaling, reading, or taking a short rest or meditation. These can bring you joy and inner peace, which can help you deal with the stressors of life.

Your steps will feel lighter once you’ve enjoyed a relaxing laugh. And here comes the joke of the day. It’s entitled “Living in a Smart Home.”

A couple, Darwin and Trina, are arguing inside their smart home. Fuming, Trina gives an order to the home’s virtual assistant:

“Virtual assistant: Please remind Darwin to turn off the lights when he leaves the room!”

Without missing a beat, the virtual assistant says:

“Sorry! I can't assist with domestic disputes, Trina.”

“See? Even the virtual assistant thinks you nag too much!”

Dear Master. I am nine-years-old this year. I have been a vegan since in my mother’s womb. I love watching Supreme Master TV.
