In today’s news, government of Japan provides humanitarian aid to Afghanistan, report indicates Southeast Asia suffering from worsened poverty due to pandemic, artificial intelligence glasses help make various everyday tasks easier for visually impaired, United States researchers reveal adverse effects of drinking alcohol on work life, Ukrainian mothers group rescues 227 children from war-ravaged country, American grocery delivery service rolls out 15 new in-house vegan products, and animal-people rescue center in Sri Lanka produces music video in appeal to save its residents.

Japan provides relief aid to Afghanistan.

The government of Japan has generously contributed US$3 million to increase access to lifesaving services for some of the most vulnerable communities in the country. Children across Afghanistan are currently experiencing a malnutrition crisis, economic instability as well as a drought. The funding will go towards UNICEF’s emergency programs in nutrition, health, and child protection and reach approximately 69,000 people. Dr. Mohamed Ayoya, Representative of UNICEF in Afghanistan, shared: “We are grateful for this additional support, especially at such a critical moment for children in the country, where every dollar can save a life.” Since 2015, the government of Japan has provided over US$114 million of support to the people of Afghanistan. Japan is a Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, Generosity, and Animal Protection laureate. A heartfelt round of applause, Japan, for your honorable actions. In Allah’s Benevolence, may the gentle citizens of Afghanistan soon know only peace and comfort.

Paper reveals Southeast Asia’s rise in poverty caused by pandemic.

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) recently reported that the COVID-19 pandemic led to 4.7 million more people living in extremely poor conditions in 2021. According to statistics, 24.3 million persons in Southeast Asia made less than US$1.90 per day last year. Before the pandemic, indigence was lessening due to regional economic growth, with the numbers experiencing extreme poverty improving noticeably with 21.2 million such individuals in 2017, 18 million in 2018 and 14.9 million in 2019. The report stated there are 9.3 million fewer people in Southeast Asia’s workforce in 2021. Also, while it projects 5.1% regional economic growth for 2022, ADB cautions that the COVID-19 Omicron variant could negatively affect the performance of Southeast Asian economies. Thank you for the sobering report, ADB. We pray the region’s governments will quickly adopt beneficial measures to aid the vulnerable and help eliminate the pandemic, including the rapid implementation of vegan laws in Heaven’s mercy. Vegan: cuz we have a heart of humans.

Up next, artificial intelligence glasses help make various everyday tasks easier for visually impaired. We’ll just thank the cosmetics store beauty consultants who give us recommendations on choosing the vegan makeup products that best match our needs. Please stay tuned to Supreme Master Television for more helping news.

Hallo, nice friends, I’m Brody, a vegan boy from the Bearded Reedling kingdom. I’ve realized it’s so easy to choose peace and create a thriving future for all. The first step is to treasure all beings by following the kind vegan way through which so much goodness enters our lives. I’d like to share a health tip with you regarding what to do if your child has a bedwetting problem. It’s hard not to feel angry or frustrated when you have to clean up a wet bed over and over again, but don’t direct these feelings toward your son or daughter. They often feel bad and embarrassed about it and didn’t intentionally do it. Comfort him or her by letting them know that millions of kids and even some teenagers wet their beds regularly, and it’s not their fault. Please make your child get into the habit of using the bathroom when they are getting ready for bed, then again right before they get into bed. This will assist in emptying their bladder. If this is a persistent issue, please consult your child’s pediatrician to make sure they don’t have any medical problem that may be causing their bedwetting. The physician can also give advice on how to deal with it. Love you for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all humans and us all co-inhabitants. Thank you for watching. And now, the weather around the world.

Artificial intelligence (AI)-enhanced glasses bettering life for visually impaired.

Introduced in 2020 by the Dutch-headquartered company Envision, the Envision Glasses are designed to verbally tell a blind individual what they are looking at. Guided by speech feedback, the glasses have multiple features which the user can control via a touchpad on the right side of the frame. Processed by the system’s AI-based algorithms, the glasses can instantly read and speak text such as signs, letters and book pages. Recent device advancements include enhanced guidance for scanning a document, support for 60 languages when the user is online, the ability to recognize over 100 countries’ banknotes, and the option to ask the assistance of trusted friends who can see the glasses’ video feed and more. Kudos, Envision, for developing such a remarkable tool! In the wisdom of the Providence, may all individuals be able to more easily navigate our world as we welcome the technologies of the Golden Age.

Drinking alcohol significantly associated with missing workdays.

Researchers at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, United States, analyzed data gathered by the National Survey on Drug Use and Health from 2015 through 2019. More than 110,000 US adults with full-time jobs were surveyed and respondents without alcohol use disorder generally missed only 13 days of work annually. Meanwhile, people with moderate to severe alcohol use disorder were absent for 24 to 32 days on average based on the severity of their condition. The senior investigator of the study, Professor Laura J. Bierut, expressed concern about the findings stating, “The problem likely has worsened during the pandemic… The new data also point to an economic incentive for employers and policymakers to address the issue.” Our sincere gratitude, Professor Laura J. Bierut and co-researchers, for highlighting the tremendously harmful effects of drinking alcohol. May humanity avoid all intoxicants as we transition into a brighter era, in Divine guidance.

Heroic Ukrainian women risk their lives to save country’s youngsters.

A group of daring mothers from war-torn Ukraine have rescued at least 227 youth in their mission to bring as many stranded children as possible to safety. Calling themselves the Claw, the heroines carefully lay out plans for fearless members to sneak past Russian troops to reach the frightened young ones, who are hiding in basements underneath Russian tanks. Each daring operation may rescue up to 35 children, who are then driven for two days to reach safety. Many of the rescuees are orphans. The team still has many more missions to accomplish as they are contacted by youngsters left behind. Claw organizer Ksenia said, “They [the children] are Ukraine’s treasure. They have to be rescued.” Our standing ovation, courageous and loving women of the Claw, for your bravery in rescuing the precious children. May God shield and guide the tenderhearted Ukrainian people in this difficult period of time. Supreme Master Ching Hai: “Tearfully present the Shining World Heroine Award to the Claw team mothers, plus US$30,000 as a simple token of support, with heartfelt gratitude, love, and prayers. May God protect each of you and the vulnerable children you save.” “Only the animal killer cannot relish the message of the Absolute Truth.” ~ Atharvaveda (Hinduism)

Animal-people rescue center in Sri Lanka creates music video to help save its 2,000 residents.

Animal SOS Sri Lanka has made a charming video featuring its adorable rescue dog-people with volunteers and staff singing and dancing to the popular hit song “Who Let the Dogs Out.” The beloved pooch-persons can be seen happily running around on the beach in their special wheelchairs and swimming in the sea. The catchy and heartwarming music video is an urgent appeal for donations to avoid closing down the center due to the lack of funds. The facility is home to over 2,000 abused, neglected and disabled street animal-people and is the largest sanctuary in the region. We are touched by your efforts, Animal SOS Sri Lanka, to safeguard Sri Lanka’s vulnerable animal-people co-inhabitants. We pray for their well-being, in Buddha’s loving kindness.

Now, it’s time to enjoy your laughter club membership with some cheerfulness as the joke of the day is waiting. It’s entitled, “It Pays Not to Ask.”

On the way to see a client, Steffi, a sales representative, pulls up to the curb and asks the policeman:

“Excuse me, sir. Can I park here?”

“No, sorry, ma'am.”

“What about all these other cars? Why can they park here?”

“Well, they didn’t ask.”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Fang-I in Taiwan, also known as Formosa:

Hallo, Respected and Beloved Master and the Supreme Master TV team, I’d like to share an inner experience: One time, when I fell asleep during meditation, I had a close view of a person’s face. The man was dead, and his eyeballs were gone. He had bloody ears with the swabs of a rapid self-testing kit stuck in both nostrils. Then, I got scared and woke up. I think the inner experience was to tell me that as the COVID-19 virus has been mutating constantly, it’s futile to rely on vaccination and screening. Later on, after hearing the conversation between Master and the COVID chief, I believe even more firmly in Master, that repentance, being vegan, and praying for forgiveness is the only solution. I’m grateful to Master and hope that people in the world will awaken quickly. Master has shed tears as much as an ocean. Please, everyone in the world, wake up quickly! I wish Master good health, safety, and that Her mission is accomplished. May the Supreme Master TV team be in peace and happiness. Respectfully, Your disciple, Fang-I from Taiwan (Formosa)

Reverent Fang-I, Our appreciation for your well wishes and the sharing of your inner experience. We wholeheartedly agree that the only way for humans to be protected from COVID-19 is to turn to a benevolent vegan lifestyle and sincerely repent for past misdeeds. We pray everyone on Earth does this soon so that the Golden Age will dawn at last. May you and incredible Taiwan (Formosa) be showered with boundless merits by the Buddhas, Supreme Master TV team

P.S. Master has some wise words to share: “Aware Fang-I, what you say is true! Our planet has taken too long to wake up, and now the path is narrow. Only those who sincerely repent, ask for forgiveness, and change to compassionate vegan living will be protected going forward. Many prophecies have foretold of these times, not to frighten humans but to warn them and guide them through this period of purification. Pray that everyone listens and awakens immediately! There is no time to wait. May the Light of Heaven forever shine on you and the strong Taiwanese (Formosan) people.”

Continue 2 make war: so that Heavens’ gate will 4ever b closed 2 u n hell’s gate will always b open 2 welcome u.
