European Union provides nutrition assistance to locust affected Ethiopian communities.

The EU recently contributed €2 million to the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) to provide nutrition support to locust affected communities in the Afar, Amhara, Oromia, Somali and Tigray regions of Ethiopia. Due to the combined effects of desert locusts, climate change, and COVID-19, UNICEF and its partners have been working to provide acute malnutrition treatment to an increasing number of affected children. The latest funding will enable UNICEF to acquire therapeutic food and vital medicine to treat another 60,000 severely malnourished children, as well as strengthen storage and transportation of supplies, especially in challenging-to-reach areas. In addition, meals will be provided for 3,000 caregivers at youth stabilization facilities. The European Union is a Shining World Leadership Award for Peace recipient, and a Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, Unconditional World Care and True Caring laureate. Our heartfelt gratitude, the European Union, for your generosity. Thank you, also, UNICEF, for your invaluable service to humanity. May the innocent children of Ethiopia always be protected in Heaven’s grace.

Astronomers compile list of potential planets that may have inhabitants who can see us.

Astronomers Dr. Lisa Kaltenegger from Cornell University and Dr. Joshua Pepper of Lehigh University, both in the United States, have compiled a list of stars that are within 300 light-years from Earth that may contain habitable exoplanets (or planets beyond our solar system) that have a view of Earth and may harbor life that is watching us. The study was published in the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society, and the scientists also highlight that their research can be used by the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) Breakthrough Listen Initiative that is also looking at the same part of the sky. Fascinating news, Dr. Lisa Kaltenegger and Dr. Joshua Pepper, on your list of potentially life filled neighboring planets. May we soon make contact with our friendly celestial neighbors as we join the universal family of beings in peace.

Up next, research advances in seawater farming. We pause for a moment to thank foreign correspondents who travel abroad, often to remote and uncomfortable places, to report important international news for their media networks. Please stay for more healthy news on Supreme Master Television.

Hi there, I’m Bogg the vegan Northern Gannet! Would you like to become a natural beauty like me? My secret is a glorious vegan lifestyle! Here is an environmental tip to reduce waste! Most items you order online are delivered with unnecessary packaging, including plastic sleeves, fillers, and styrofoam. You can reduce plastic waste when ordering online by requesting companies to avoid excessive packaging. It may not happen, but if a large number of people request it, then companies may make changes. Lots of love for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all of us humans and all co-inhabitants alike. And thank you for watching. Now, the weather around the world.

Cultivating vegetables in seawater could help feed the world.

Salt usually inhibits plant growth but a group of plants called halophytes thrive in saline conditions. Scientists and entrepreneurs believe the seawater vegetables could play an important role in feeding the world’s population as climate change causes rising sea levels and droughts, affecting arable land. At Brigham Young University in the United States, a team of researchers isolated bacteria that help saline-loving plants thrive and used them to inoculate alfalfa seeds, which then grew into robust plants with longer shoots and roots than untreated plants. The Salt Farm Foundation in the Netherlands grows varieties of potatoes, cabbages and other crops in saline conditions. In Scotland, the startup company Seawater Solutions has turned to growing novel sea vegetables such as samphire and sea aster, which are popular at the supermarket. What great ideas! Our appreciation to all involved in this important work that helps create plenty for all on our planet in Divine abundance.

Myanmar eradicates trachoma as a public health problem.

Trachoma is a preventable infectious disease that causes permanent blindness or visual impairment and is one of the leading cause of blindness globally. The World Health Organization (WHO) has recently validated that Myanmar has eliminated trachoma as a public health problem. In 1964, the Ministry of Health and Sports of Myanmar introduced its Trachoma Control Project with support from the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and WHO. Interventions included improved access to clean water, sanitation and hygiene, topical antibiotic treatment and surgery, as well as education on how to decrease disease transmission. The government of Myanmar is committed to continue implementing eye care interventions as part of their Myanmar Health Vision 2030 Strategy, with improving the country's universal health coverage as its goal. Congratulations, the government of Myanmar! In God’s everlasting care, may the health of all citizens be forever safeguarded.

Quick-thinking police officers save infant.

Through excellent teamwork, officers in Queensland, Australia, succeeded in reviving a ten-week old baby. Lucas had stopped breathing and was rushed to the Gracemere Police Station by his mother, who lives a few doors away. Sergeant Paul James and supporting officers immediately commenced CPR and within 30 seconds revived the baby. Paramedics soon arrived and rushed the infant to the hospital, where it was discovered he was born without a thyroid, an extremely rare condition. After three weeks at the hospital, Lucas is healthy and back home. His mother has been full of praises and gratitude to the police officers, saying, “If I hadn't lived where I live, the outcome would have been so much different.” Heavens praise Sergeant Paul James and fellow police for your quick response and life-saving actions. May you continue your noble efforts on behalf of the public in the protective gaze of the Providence.

Animal sanctuary in the United States provides forever home to sweet residents.

In 2019, Charlene Di Maria and her partner Jace Brewer opened Funny Farm Animal Sanctuary in Blackfoot, Idaho, United States, to care for animals who were abused or neglected. The 1.6 acre non-profit sanctuary is currently home to over 40 animals, including cats, dogs, potbelly pigs, hogs, roosters, goats, a sheep, and a steer. Charlene has always loved animals and decided to rescue them after spending five years living in an RV with Jace and five dogs. She became vegan after watching the documentary “Earthlings” and learned of the harmful effects of animal livestock raising. The compassionate woman said, “We don’t need meat to survive. There are so many more sources of energy and protein we can get from plants.” A big thanks, Charlene Di Maria, Jace Brewer, and Funny Farm Animal Sanctuary for saving so many of our delightful animal co-inhabitants. May more people make the connection and turn to the benevolent vegan lifestyle in Heaven’s comforting love.

Here is a healthy pick-up you can share with friends. It’s called “Ad Response.”

Two shop owners, Kelly and Abigail, were discussing business.

“So, have you had any responses to your ad that you’re looking for a night watchman?”

“Yes, we’ve had one alright. We got robbed last night.”

And now we have a heartline from Iris in Taiwan, also known as Formosa:

Hallo, most beloved and respected Master: I have the ability to communicate with all creatures. Early this year, animals massively killed by humans came to me and angrily accused humans of persecuting them. They said: “Just because humans have guns and knives, they thought that they could do whatever they want to harm us.”

“Just put yourselves in our position, a nd you’ll know how agonizing it is! Imagine if it’s your parents or your children who are seized and tortured, or be it scalded in boiling water, or with feet chopped off while alive, or served alive on tables, or cooped up in small cages waiting to be killed, or under all kinds of appalling ways of killing or maltreatment. If whichever situation mentioned above is applied to you humans, you would cry your hearts out! Then, how could you have the heart to torture animals so?”

“Every day, we live in terror, weep, and have disabling grief.”

“Please, let us go and live. Eating animals brings disasters, wars, and epidemics to your society. Don’t you understand?”

The above is the message from animals that I’ve recorded with tears. Animals are our co-inhabitants on Earth, and our dear sisters and brothers! Herewith, I’d like to call on all humankind to change to the compassionate vegan diet! May our most compassionate Master stay safe and healthy both in body and mind, and may all Her wishes come true! Respectfully, Iris from Taiwan (Formosa)

Intuitive Iris, Master has a reply for you. “Loving Iris, my heartfelt thanks for listening to and sharing the messages of our beloved animals. I wish everyone could understand their pleas for the killing to stop like you do. They truly do need our immediate help and protection. Together we can make our planet a place where they all will be safe. May the Heavens speed our way to a vegan world and bless you, the animals, humanity, and majestic Taiwan (Formosa) with abundance and joy.”
