I have a sweet tip for you. Here is how you can make your own simple syrup. Combine half a cup of sugar with half a cup of water and boil it. Then add in a little bit of salt for the electrolytes. Next cut up some fruits like blueberry or pineapple and/or herbs like mint, coriander or basil, or make a puree and add everything in. Simmer the mixture for approximately 20 minutes.
