Today, we look at how beings from the animal kingdom express and show love toward each other. We have some heartening stories for you, so sit back and enjoy!

A true love story; a goose-gentleman named Arnold, and his beloved female companion, Amelia, were often seen walking together near a pond by the Birdsey Cape Wildlife Center in Barnstable, Massachusetts, USA. One day, a group of employees noticed Arnold was walking with a severe limp and discovered he had an open fracture on his foot. Knowing the injury would be life-threatening if untreated, the team brought Arnold to the facility to help their animal-friend. Amazingly, Amelia had found her beloved goose-companion within the two-hectare facility and wanted to see how he was doing.

Scientific research confirms that our friends from the animal kingdom experience the feeling of “love,” most notably when it is defined as “feelings of strong emotional attachment to a particular individual.” Crocodile-people are even known to show their affection by holding hands. This loving display has been captured multiple times. At another location in Australia, the Saltwater Crocodile-people couple, Goliath and Matilda, are seen holding hands while resting with their eyes closed. The couple has been together for twenty years!

Many beautiful relationships have formed between animal-persons of different kingdoms, truly showcasing animal-people’s love has no boundaries. One such unique relationship between a lion-person, Miki, and his female dog-friend, Camila, from Black Jaguar-White Tiger Foundation in Mexico City, is capturing the hearts of many. One video online shows the pair shaking hands, while Miki even gives Camila’s hand a friendly kiss.

The motherly love is so strong within animal-people that they will even foster children of a different species. Such is the case for Della, a cat-person from Ireland that became the mother of three beautiful ducklings.
