I participate in protests. I was arrested in October, even though I was just a protester. I couldn’t bear seeing people being beaten up, killed, and taken away like that in front of my eyes.
When I was violently thrown into the van, I looked around me. All the people who were arrested were completely anxious, upset and broken. Some were strongly resisting. I looked outside through the car’s window… It was full of policemen armed with all kinds of weapons, men in black and different plainclothes men.
I kept my calm for a moment, ignored all the voices, and talked to Master inside. I said, “Master, I am ashamed that I put You into such trouble. It is absolutely impossible for me to get out of this car and pass through all these armed men, but I know it is very easy for You. I know that You can easily even make it possible for me to walk away from this evil group in peace.” Then I opened my eyes and became completely silent.
That night my family was very worried. Thanks to You, Master, I did not fall into the hands of the IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps) intelligence. The crowd was so much that with this large number of other people, we were kept in a prayer room until morning. They miraculously released me and about 60 others on bail the next day.
My sister was meditating through the night, and even though she didn’t know where I had been taken to, she saw exactly where I was being kept. She saw a simple and very large, high-ceiling room with many girls sitting there. She also saw Master radiating Light and sitting in the air above us.
Due to the lack of space in the detention center, we were taken to the prayer room of a barracks, which was exactly the same very large room with a high ceiling and there were 122 of us sitting on the floor.
From the moment I went there, I’d only eaten a piece of bread and an apple that the other friends gave me. I was completely hungry for about two days because I had not been able to eat anything the night before due to being so upset. Others were given food. Many people insisted that I eat at least some plain rice, but that food had come into contact with non-vegan things. I neither could nor wanted to eat it.
Thanks to Master’s Grace, I was released from there along with many other arrested people and returned home. Others were taken to prison.
What I kept saying in my heart was, “Master, I was never Your best disciple, but You were and are always the greatest, best, highest and kindest Master in the whole world, and I was not separated from You for a moment, even in the prison.”
A few days later, a fire happened in that prison. My mother said, “Thank God, if they hadn’t released you, you would be in that fire right now.” I said, “But I believe that Master would have saved me, even from the middle of a fire, as She had already saved me, at the time of initiation!” Rojin from Iran

Your experience shows that protesting is very dangerous and puts you at risk. You have better ways to affect the world around you. Daily, sincere meditation practice will allow you to see things from a higher perspective. Encouraging others to become vegan will also help to lift your country to a more positive place. Ultimately, it is the citizens’ hearts and karma that determine the path of every nation. Not only are your body and your life precious, you also have the rare opportunity to practice the Quan Yin Method in this lifetime. Please protect yourself so that you may continue on the path of enlightenment. May you and the valiant people of Iran always be safe and prosperous.
