I have a crafty tip for you today on how to make an edible chocolate strawberry bouquet.

Wash some strawberries thoroughly and then set them on a clean towel to dry. Once dry, insert bamboo skewers through the middle of each strawberry and put them aside. Gently melt 250 grams (9 oz) of vegan dark chocolate over a double boiler and pour into a tall jar. Dip the skewered strawberries one by one into it. Be sure to let the excess chocolate drip off the strawberry prior to placing the skewer upright on a stand to set. After the chocolate has set, put a second coat of chocolate on all the strawberries. Then pour the remaining chocolate into a piping bag and drizzle more chocolate over the strawberries with any fancy design you wish. Let them fully dry and set. Assemble the skewers in a bunch and secure them with a rubber band. Wrap sheets of crepe, baking, or wrapping paper around them and cover as much of the skewers as possible leaving a beautiful bouquet of chocolate strawberry flowers which can be set into a tall jar or vase to create a perfect gift for someone special!
