Township chief in Taiwan (Formosa) promotes vegan lifestyle
This year’s annual marathon in Hsihu Township, Miaoli County attracted thousands of runners all over Taiwan (Formosa). Hsihu Township chief, Yang Xiu Xia especially invited the Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association to attend the event to promote the connection between veganism and healthy living.
New index gives countries a veg-friendliness rating
The Seychelles, Thailand and Malaysia won the top spots for vegetarian countries around the world. In Europe, the United Kingdom was most veg-friendly, while it was Belize for Central America, and Peru for South America.
